My goodness... above deck cannon and missile launcher on the bow, verticle-launch missile tubes in the deck, horizontal-launch torpedoes in the hull. Why bother with aircraft?

The Starship Enterprise would be lucky to have such armament

This is what the captain will see.
Note:
1. Crane which will hoist the SS-N-12 Sandbox SSM missiles.
2. SS-N-12 missile tubes.

The captain chair looks like a mid-60 barber chair (#1) while the navigator chair ( #2) has a weird look as well.

Several 30mm Gatlings guns (AK-630 CIWS) (#2) are installed at various location on the carrier as last line of defense against incoming missiles. Soviets for some reason like to paint them black. Bass Tilts( #1) are also located nearby. Note the end of the ramp (#3).

They look like Darth Vader helmets

Note the cover of SS-N-12 is flipped opened . Soviets like to paint the deck of their ships to rusty-orange.

2. Head Light Radar
3. Owl Screech Radar
4. Bass Tilt Radar Director
