well i know a bit more abaut some soldiers from that friedhoff
Herbert Piontek a volksdeutsch from Kattowitz was until januar 1945 kl guard in Auschwitz ,on the way back he was hold by FD and sent in to Breslau defence.
lets stop here i do own some items from another soldiers,but will not post it in [public.

EVERY human being has a right to be treated as a human being and finally to receive a grave.
The historical fact that brutal - and not only german - individuals in history treated other human beings as if they were just rubbish is not supposed to support the conclusion that these brutal individuals - once they are dead - ought to be treated as rubbish as well.
The bible includes two brutal individuals nailed on the cross together with Jesus and all three are documented - and remembered.
Even if some believe that this is just a story it is an example and symbol what to do when being religious.
Religion is there to make people free - and not to make people silent due to shame, insecurity and fear about discussing certain things.
