A govt can never win.....

1) Dont take money from the defense budget for the boat and its "they waste all this money on the military but cannot spenf 20 000 000 on a historical boat!!!"

2) Do take money from the defense budget for the boat and its "They waste money on a boat when 20 000 000 can buy lots of body armour to protect our boys in the field!"

Come on Chris
Among the 700 billion they dump every year the idiots should be able to afford armour to protect my buddy over there and fix up the boat.
Better yet, bring my chum home and save on the armour.
