Very interesting. The construction looks very weak compared to German made bunkers. It also looks very luxurious, with the bathroom!

I was thinking too, doesn't appear this would stand up to 15 inch shells very well.
I would be interested to know the Aus/USA plan of defense against a serious J invasion attempt.
It would seem likely, early on at least, that they would have avoided pitched battles for all but the most strategic of spots, and used somewhat of a defense in depth until reinforcements could turn the tide.Comment

Near my fathers house there is a long line of I guess an equivalent of dragons teeth, double rows of large wooden columns poking out of the ground about 1metre to stop tanks. These are supposedly part of the "Brisbane Line" part of the governments strategy to stop a major invasion
