    FJ at the Victory show

Just thought I would post some Pictures of the Victory show over the weekend in UK. Of course starting with a FJ:

And then some Anglo American politics:

And if you are going to get wounded a pretty nurse always helps!:

    Hi Mike

That guy has really the look of an FJ soldier -> Hart wie Kruppstahl, zäh wie Leder ...
Not like the guys wearing uniforms, from which you think, they where never
produced in that size they need to fit

Incredible. A FJ reenactor who isn't fat and doesn't seem to have breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday of is life in Macdonald or Burger king . Thank you for sharing. I didn't know it was existing.

I know what you mean chaps!

I must admit I did try and try and photograph authentic looking re-enactors but I must say generally I was quite impressed with the 'looks' of all nationalities. I think there seems to be a big increase in the ladies who are reenacting judging by what I saw and the '40's ladies clothing stalls! Also the fat blokes are pretty small (pun) at this show!

Here is a SS motorcycle crew - mean looking dudes!!

A few more Fj related pics from the victory show.

Two of our 5 original drop containers.

A small stick of Fj all with original RZ20 harness's and chutes (we have 14 in total).

Two more original drop containers, the one on the left is actually a wooden container. Both complete with original cargo chutes and deployment bags. You can just see at the front of the display a selection of airtight containers along with burlap bags to transport each prachute and harness, again all original. One day we will get a picture of all the groups collection at one place!
Will post some further pics of our jump tower and men in jump training.

                              Cheers Mike
