Guys: Thanks for the nice input, I really appreciate it! A few technical notes. Most of the images are 35mm, both film and digital. I know it is considered "farby" to use modern equiptment, but in this case the end results justify the use of modern cameras. I would be crazy to drag around a vintage Leica. It would really kill me to wreck a camera like that, I figure that old nikons and digital camera's are basically expendable, especially in the mud and rain. I am not standing off in the distance shooting, I am generally crawling, running with the unit members, dropping and throwing cameras as I shoot with a variety.
Images are scanned, and then manipulated with photoshop. Sometimes I add in vehicles, or splice together a couple of images to fill the image. I try not to make it to obvious, however there are times when I do get carried away.
