Taken in September 2006, these 3 pics are of the only sign/information board we could locate in the vicinity of the fuhrerbunker. Pics could of been a bit better, so apologies in advance.

    Regards Richard.

any neo nazi who doesnt know where the FB is cant be much of a neo nazi anyhow so im not sure what exactly the government was worried about

guess its a case of why highlight an area of your history that you dont feel so good about.

anyhow enough of that stuff: great pics. to visit the FB is right on the top of my things to do list when i come to europe. I have just got to find a wealthy soon to be wife to speed up the process

Nuremburg is also up there on the list too...but thats another thread

                all the best

All, I did not see the signs a few days ago - and it seems unlikley that I could've missed them given their size! But perhaps I did. Still, it would not surprise me at all if they had been removed since photographed by OKMOTORPOOL last year. Where exactly were/are the signs located?

That's because we use the word Mythos in a sligthly different way as the English myth.
In this case it is a warning signal: "there are facts and fictions" abouth the Führerbunker.

That is the "normal way" with many TR-related buildings but not all.

One example is the Alliied War Criminal Prison for Rudolf Heß. After his death the prison was wrecked totaly down and the demolition rubble was transported under police protection to places where no-one was able to get souveniers from.

I wonder how much an apartment is in that building??? That would be a great location for me.
