I would bet no camo camo cover for the BII was planned. They eliminated every not necessary item. I am in doubt a Leibermuster helmet cover was on the shelf.

I had never heard of a StG 45 or Fliegerfaust in forty years so I have learnt something!

Think of how the actual East German soldiers looked like the day the Berlin Wall started with the small blocks.
        That’s the logical path.
Forget the Cammo as that would have came in the mid 1950s en mass.

Interesting thought. At that time, the ability to invest in and produce most of that technology would have been nearly destroyed. The German economy would have been limping along on scraps and leftovers for a while - or at least so, on a large scale.

(and Sorry for the tongue-in-cheek humor. I didn't recognize how serious the topic was intended to be)

Of course it is conjecture on my part but for a mockup you could disguise an East German M-56.

I did google these immediately but thank you all the same. The Fliegerfaust really is something else!

                  Hi All,
Is there any footage of the Fliegerfaust being used/demonstrated?
                  Kind Regards
                  Steve
