    Light Impressions -- Problems?

    Hello all:

    Has anyone else had an issue with getting an order filled by the archival/conservation supply company Light Impressions?

    I sent in a pretty big order on 01 May 2010 and another on 10 August 2010 and neither orders have been filled yet! I contacted customer service most recently today and was told the items are on "back order." For over a year????

    When I asked for my money back today, I was told that they were unable to refund money back to credit cards and it would take over two months to get a manual refund processed... I am just at my wits end...

    Anyone else in this boat?

    That's their standard procedure. You order, they charge your card instantly, then everything is always back ordered.
