Greetings friends, I had the good fortune of being given a nice shelf today. I moved it to my office and pondered over what to do with it. It took a while to set things up the way I wanted as nearly everything had to be shifted around, but what do you think of this setup?

Since the shelf is now on top of the table that the pictures were on, they had to go over to the top of my large display cabinet. This upset my EK cases and other items thereAttached FilesInterested in candid/private Hitler, KIA, and Holocaust photos. Also any AH related memorabilia--silverware, linen, crystal, china...
All the best,

Speaking of Iron Crosses, to make everything fit, I had to turn the case lengthwise. That meant shifting everything inside around, what a tedious job that was. There are a few new ones in there too, and some on the way--a 1939 EKII mm65, a beautiful valuted 1914 EKI marked 800, and a cased vaulted 935 silver 1914 EKI. When they arrive, I don't know where they will go, but I will share some pics when I figure it out.Attached FilesInterested in candid/private Hitler, KIA, and Holocaust photos. I like the way this turned out. I picked up the flag at a thrift store a few weeks ago, I think it provides an appropriate background. The only thing I worry about with things displayed in this fashion is that it looks very busy and crowded I think.Attached FilesInterested in candid/private Hitler, KIA, and Holocaust photos. Tyler, regarding your question about the rifle: I tied high tense fishing line around the rifle at the trigger guard and below the bayonet locking nut at the end, these were then looped around heavy duty contrustion concrete nails. I tried to take a pic for you, but couldn't get them to come out well enough.
Thanks for all the kind words gents.Attached FilesInterested in candid/private Hitler, KIA, and Holocaust photos. Also any AH related memorabilia--silverware, linen, crystal, china...
