Another interest of mine from the US field are advisor items.

Here we have my "Duck hunter" camo set.

These garments were produced by civilian manufacturers, and proved popular with both US and S.Vietnamese alike.

This particular set was produced by the "Camouflage manufacturing Co" of Jacksonville, Florida.

This can be deduced by the tag on the matching trousers (shown later).

During August 1960, the above company applied for a Registered Identification Number (RN) to the Federal Trade Commission of the United States, and was issued RN 25334. Garments made by the company from 1960 onward will all possess this RN number and it will be found on the tag sewn to the garment.

This particular advisor is wearing WW2 webbing. a mix of WW2 and Korean war era webbing will be encountered. The Korean war M1 "banana" mag pouch is often seen in photos from this period.

The tunic and trousers shown here are generally referred to as the "2nd type".

The company produced 3 revisions of these garments. a fourth has potentially been identified, but research by a collector of note is ongoing into this matter.

This same company later on used the "KAMO" brand trademark on it's tags later on in the war.

The hat is also quite interesting...
These were also referred to as "Leopard or Leopard Spot" uniforms. Some of the ones I had metal black buttons with stars on them. Unlike the tiger or tiger striped fatigues, I believe that the leopard fatigues came in Asian sizes only, or at least the ones I saw.
