Thanks Kevin, and yes my 1/16 scale RC Tanks, I only got back (last time I build models was when I was a kid) after my health went south, was stuck in doors back in 2007. I always find actual camo schemes that were used during the War.

I just added a new full mannequin to my collection, and some may already seen it on the LW section, I acquired this from fellow member Jani, and he got it out of Budapest a few months ago, and also there were some surprise finds that belong to one Airman. (cap, gloves, and clear A3 sheet to overlay on a map that still had coloured numbers on)

The jacket needs some sewing up as the person who owned it after the War used it as a winter jacket, so there are tears and damage to the elbow areas, if anyone out there has a damaged jacket like mine, and cannot repair it I would love purchase off you so I can use it as a donner and scavenge some material and zips.

      Thanks,

      Lou

        Hi Guys,

Just did some rearranging with my LW Pilot's mannequins, my LW Bomber Pilot mannequin I just finally added a oxygen gas mask, and as I just pick up the mask with out straps, I had to find a set, and thanks to Nick (Games1) for managing to get a set from a fellow collector friend of his, I now have a complete mask. I am just waiting for a roll off original sewing thread that I purchased from fellow member Vibes, so I can sew up all the tears on the jacket.

I also changed things with my mannequin that had my Major's leather flying jacket, and also had a set of winter flying trousers (see image in below post) that were missing bits and pieces. I end up putting LW riding pants, and also post War white shirt and black tie, and also a fake Night Cross with Oak leaves and swords they are the only 3 post War items on the mannequin.

                  Thanks Guy's

Crusader17 you managed to see it tucked away in the corner of the image, and yes I had managed to attache many pice of equipment to it from ski climbing pegs, hammer ski's campions, and the ski's that I got straight from the vet's family.
