Gentlemen,
sorry to bother you again ....
I've tried to rearrange and implement some of your most appreciated comments !
I've tried to arrange the display by 'recce' / 'fighters' / 'bombers' ...
"Tannenberg" had been the only 'unit' (Gruppe !) entitled to wear a CT..
in this case though not a 'Geschwader CT' ...
it was 'Aufklaerungsgruppe 10' / home base : Neuhausen b. Koenigsberg
"They" chose 'Tannenberg' because the victory of 'Tannenberg' (1914/15) had
been credited (to a certain extend) to essential information provided by recce
units !
I placed the 'night fighter (gold) clasp' on the picture showing a 'Lancaster'
together with the relevant "Abschussbecher" of Hptm Baer ....
The manual " Des Jaegers Schiessfibel " is a late war 'shooting instruction
manual' authorised by Galland ...
pleas be so kind and comment !
Thank you
Wolf
