Tom told me that this is a large lot from a vet, the lady owner opted to consign as she would get more money.

Here is a set of Silver that a vet snagged from a Berchtesgaden Hotel. It has the eagle but no other markings. So its not AH stuff but its Really cool! No its not mine...........yet.

This is a great web site from my friend Matthew Sollis. Lots of great period photos and examples.

Here's an item that came into an antique store owned by a friend of mine from the widow of a 101st. Vet. His name was Hascal White.

Here's my newest piece, a 16" warming tray by Wellner. This tray is also serial numbered. Sorry for my poor photographic skills.

Thank you Eric. Most of the warming trays you find are the 11" version so I was happy to add this larger one to my small AH silver collection.

Hello Eric S. I tried to send you a PM asking your opinion about the AH Eagle shown in Griffith's book, and how different they look to me on Wellner pieces for sale on some websites. I'm really interested in getting one but the I'm not sure what to thinkhttp://
http:// Don't the legs look really different-not as spread apart in his book, and the wings seem smaller and less angular, more rounded. What do you think? Is the picture from Griffith's book from an unusual piece that would make it seem so much more different than one's I'm looking at on current(and legit) sellers' sites? Any opinion would greatly be appreciated.
