Hand painted decasl are very hard to determin if original or not, period photo show that they had a lot of irregularities on shape, replicas usualy try and reproduce the original to the milimiter, but if youy post a close up I wilgladly analyze it!!
Here is a clear example of an period photo showing a hand painted decal:
This other one its posible its hand painted, but still not to sure, shape looks odd, yet it could be the picture or wear to the decal that makes it look like that:

Great documents thanks for showing, I specially like the turning in of German Items document, shows how rare indeed this militaria is as everything, that was german equipment had to be returned, and then reissued by the germans, therfore the only surviving militaria is the souveniers the spaniards brought back with them, actually smuggled back
Tunic in particular are a rar bird, mostly oficer´s tunics survived as they could return them as they bought them, but enlisted, now, that is another matter

I have a similar one og a Cruz Roja al Merito, I guess they were made to wear as Civilian after conflict. Eventually I guees when you have a medla, maybe the manufactures forsses that the one day the war will be over and in social ocations a veteran wants to showw off
