A better shot of my Blue division dog tag, unfortunately after inquiring a bit more of where it was found, it turns out that it originated most probably form the Nowgorod sector, which is more than likely given is an early tag.......

                    Question

we know that mostly the blue division used Lugers and walthers as side arms, also a number of Astras, but did they use the Star pistols??

Old Guard of the Falange Medal

According to Hendrik's Medal Corner, this medal was instituted in 1942. It was awarded to individuals who were members of the Falange Party prior to December 1939. This particular example was awarded to Alberto Martin Gamero, who was well decorated with the Blue Division and later served as a party official in Toledo. (When I purchased the medal it had a large chip on the obverse that I filled with some black wax. I think it looks better that way and I haven`t permanently altered anything!)
