    DAK S.O.S. Finds!!

Everyone, Just got back from the SOS and I have only one word , WOW!!
I bought out a DAK collection and it was delivered to me at the show. The pics that you will see is group number one. I will post the other group later on. The show was one of the best, as far as , buying items, that I have seen in a while. Mike Davis and Ramsey Speer looked at everything and gave the thumbs up Enjoy the pics. Grant

Here is the cherry of the collection that I bought. It is a textbook example of a Robert Lumbstein M41 Officers "Rifle Regiment" hat. This hat was brought home by a KIWI veteran and was purchased from him about five or so years ago.

Panzer M41 very sun bleached, which the sweat has started to take its toll on the hat.

This 1st pattern tunic and hat came from Bob Edwards and the tunic is the extact one pictured in the "Panzer Elite" book. Bob for some reason decided to put Panzer boards on it when he had it out for sale. The boards are a little mismatched, but look ok on it.

Here is another 1st Pattern tunic that came with the matching hat from a German Veterans estate. The vet must have glued a sign or placard on the bill at one time and was removed , which left the residue. The sun bleached tunic and hat are textbook! I will show pics of group two later on , which will include the following:

DAK overcoat, another Sun bleached 1st pattern tunic, another M41 Pz. Gren. hat , 1st pattern high top boots, and more single shoulder boards.
