Keep looking - they are out there. I know of a LW blue set here in the South Island - how hard are they to find??!
Great pack and straps. Note the ring retaining webbing bands on your set are tucked into then sewn to the central panel - not just sewn down onto it (right side set in attachment)...but then your set has the 'full' 'D' ring webbing loop section as per my first set...so another variation. Great to see! So we learn a bit more.

Yes you are dead right there, I do have my name down on a set in Belgium that hopefully will come to fruition but time and patiance are the key.

Years ago I aquired a blue webbed belt and its original buckle in ChCH which had been shortened and turned into a bit of a hate belt with Kiwi badges pinned to it...dont no if you remember that. It was a definate kiwi bring back so does go to show some of the blue webbing was indeed brought back by our fellers.
