The collection is looking very good Greg.
I do like the recon diorama. Have you seen the latest figure of Rommel?
It is quite good and the detail is amazing.

Thanks Mark, Yes I do have that one there are three Rommels in 1/6th scale but the one you show is by far the best as it really does capture his likeness.

I also have Bayerlein and he is also a good likeness ..in time I will customise them a bit further. I also had a 1/6th scale Dak Pz IIc walk in the door yesterday much to my wifes disbelief however it needs considerable detailing but a good basis to start with.

I did get the Rommel as well but I normally don't buy these. I just thought that it would look quite good in the display case with original items.
I do have one which came with a grouping of medals and photos to a panzer soldier and have this on display at the moment.
After losing my collecting room to the little boy I'm quite limited in what I can display so just use this one display cabinet and change it around occassionally.

              Magnificent

Excellent displays of DAK tunics and scale dioramas. Beautiful work and detailing bring out the essence of the Korps in it's desert environs.

Great updates Greg. Those mannequin setups look outstanding. You have done wonders with the Dragon Zündapp and figures.

Very nice buckle. It certainly would look good on a well used belt sitting on a Luft tropical tunic.

Thanks Paul , Lou & Bryant. Currently on its way and one of two caps coming, flying at just above 30,000 Feet is this loverly m40 cap by Frankenstein. Named and in great shape & condition with its period applied Insigina. This cap will 'cap' off a great year. Roll on 2013!

Thanks Mark , I've always liked them as well especially the greenish shade you find with the frankenstien caps and the unique tallness of them. I am also curious to see if theres a branch to be seen, will go nice with the early green webbing as well. Will do some more detailed pics when they arrive.
                                .
