Thanks Mark, I really like going and viewing your collection, though the envy is, at times, hard to overcome.

      Cheers! Steve

Now posted are a pair of very rare military police (FG), orange piped, early style tropical shoulder straps. This is the only pair I have ever seen!

        Enjoy! Steve

I didn't realize how crappy my picture were of these shoulder straps, so I have posted the pictures from the web dealer so you can get a better view of these rare shoulder straps.

Great update Steve! Those boards are out of this world.

Aaahh - So that's where they went!
Surprised these weren't snapped up a bit quicker. They'd go nicely with an NZ veteran returned summerweight FlGdm sleeve patch I've had for many years...
When you get time Steve, can we see the depot stamps on the tunics and overseas cap?
                Wonderful Stuff

                  Hi Mark,

I will attempt to post additional photos of my tropical stuff but it will be several days before I can do that because I'm currently at Fort Hood, located in the great republic of Texas.

                  Cheers Steve

                    Steve,

those are some killer and hard to find boards. I saw those but didn't jump on them, glad to know where they went though. Great stuff as always. Matt

Thank you for all of your comments. I forgot to post a few additional photos showing the undersides of my Military Police AK shoulkder straps.

I hear you Matt, I had to have them. Since I will be in the "Stan" in September, I need to buy now or otherwise I wont get another chance.

                        Cheers, Steve

Well be safe over there, again should you make it to this fantastic part of the world better known as Kuwait hit me up. I can even get down to Ali if you get over here. Matt

I thought I would post some recent pictures taken in Afghanistan. I have managed to collect even over here but I have not been able to take pictures of my new purchases due to my current situation.

First photo is my home for the last year, Kandahar Airfield. The building you see is the "Taliban Last Stand" where the Rangers cleared out the last of the Taliban resistance on the airfield in 2001. Anyone who has passed through Kandahar knows what this place is.

The lower picture is of me (facing the camera) and an old Army buddy having a Christmas Toast for good luck sake. This was my 3rd Christmas in a combat zone.

Nice pictures Steve. I´m proud to see a Czech flag amongst other allies.
