Winter boredom results in reconfiguring/consolidating various mounts and stuffing a few more items into what little space remains on the walls and shelves. This season I've also reframed some art which was in need of archival restoration such that I'm happier with them now.

Attempting to utilize the non-horizontal walls of my office, I've figure out that those plastic angle hooks (to hang mirrors on walls) coupled with some metal curtain tie-backs to lock the bottom of the frame to the wall (which is 45 degrees) one CAN hang paintings on a ceiling! (This is good because there's no more wall space left up here.)

My latest oil on canvas painting picked up from John Casino for in VERY reasonable price of an SS-Gruppenfuhrer in full dress uniform, wearing a variety of awards and an SS-Leaders chained dagger with the SS motto in the lower right corner. The canvas is 24 by 18 inches and, thanx to some guys in the edged weapons section who helped me ID a blade for my Class III dealer (and framer of all my stuff) he framed the canvas for nothing. Damn - I scored.
