        Thanks, Guys
I'm always looking to perfect my displays - now I'm looking at more animated stances, but the room required to do this properly? That I just don't have at this stage.
Q & A is welcome, so if anyone has specific questions, feel free to ask?
        Regards,
        Mark.

WOW! Fantastic! Your handiwork really brings your displays to life. I think this type of work really enhances the enjoyment of ones collection. I myself enjoy woodwork, and am looking forward to getting home and making my own display cases out of quality wood.
Excellent work, and thanks for sharing!
                Best regards,
                Johnnie

                  NZMARK:

Thats a magnificent collection . And the work you do with the manequins heads are incredible. it really bring to life those magnificent pieces like nothing else. Here is a link to a head I did for a Fellow collector friend wich started my interest in full mannequin displays.

Againg GREAT work, and like the great master of the past with a BRUSH...WOW!!!!

Thanks to ALL the replies of support - it is appreciated.
With the amount of interest in mannequin displays, and my own threads showing how I like to display my own collection, it came to the point where a painting thread was inevitable due to the amount of PM's and requests for a 'How To' discussion.
As for painting/altering mannequins for others' displays? I've only sold two. (Ever). I'll happily paint/alter mannequins for anyone - send me a PM.
Federico - something as simple as that 5 o'clock shadow you've added lifts the basic face to a newer characterization - I like it! I also airbrush models (- see my 1/16 Tiger. Lots of modellors in our ranks!) but for mannequins the brush gives me better control of the tones and blending, as smooth or as rough as I prefer.
                        Cheers All,
                        Mark.

                              Federico,
                              Thank You!
I haven't yet, but I can. It's mostly scratchbuilt, with basically only the running gear used (Verlinden resin kit - what a crapper!).
I'll post some of my models in the appropriate section later - I'm mostly a 1/16 figure modeller, and all scratch or altered.
                              Too many hobbies!
                              Regards,
                              Mark.
