KM summer pants in officers cut (no frontal flap/with small fob pocket) made in France (based on the buttons used)

Some staining but nicely LBA marked... In the pocket I found a period laundy tag which indicated that the staining ("flecken") could not be romoved...
(but the pants are still servicable of course!)Comment

REPRO-REPRO-REPRO!!!
This ia a little frame I put together with reprints of Gerardus Mooyman PK photos along with some repro insignia.
Untersturmfuhrer rank set, Mooiman's rank when he bacame an officer + a Nord West CT, the unit he started his SS career with
prior to getting transferred into the Nederland Legion.
Also shown is a custom made Dutch "Clingendael" Cuff title. Estate Clingendael was the residence of Seys Inquart the boss of occupied Holland
and the entire estate was guarded by "SS Flak Bat Clingendael". Many of their bunkers and even a barracks building still exist today.Comment

Last set of some civil war stuff I put together showing two namesakes (most likely relatives of mine).
The headgear related material is unissued 19th century Bannerman surplus, others are dug relics, all original of course!
The picture frame is dated 1875, about decade after the war ended so appropriate for a picture of a vet.

Some more Dutch material ...I am showing my colors again!
- Dutch Sergeant rank chevrons, which the Dutch call "banana peels",
- Dutch officer's overseas cap (private purchase/named)
- Dutch aviation branch (propellor) related colalr insignia in metal (rare!!) = intended for lowest ranks; enlisted/corporals,
NCO's had embroidered and officer's grade were made in bullion.

Time for another update! Let's start with some Italian stuff!
I scored another Italian Naval badge. Coming next month...

Well I found another one! I like these because post Sep.1943 (Italian Armistice) many were re-issued to the German armed forces. Here in use by the SS in Arnhem!Comment

Speaking of SS I also was able to score an original Dutch Volunteer SS ring!
Note Wolfhook. It is even maker maked and of course in high quality silver.
It was found in Austria in a field which reportedly held a POW cage...Comment
