                    Interesting trim on Cavalry pants

Note interesting "Sumpftarn camo" scrap material used as edge material on leather reenforced Cavalry riding breeches. I wish I had an entire uniform in that "Sumpftarn" material... but its a start!

                      Canadian great coat

Converted for Dutch-Allied forces use with added Dutch Royal lion buttons and Dutch forces sleeve shield. Note medical armband and Canadian made (1943) beret with Dutch forces lion insignia.

                        Airborne memorabilia

The parachute remnants were personally dug up by me at a Market Garden DZ near Nijmegen/Holland.

NOT just another US mess kit

This one is somewhat special! Not that boring after all... When the supply lines were getting longer and longer the US started contracting in recently liberated countries, like here in.... see picture!
