I was wondering...in the last pic you posted...the medal on the right side, with green and black ribbon with the litlle things on it...is an italian mother's cross ??

Yes it is and of course the little bows on the ribbon indicate how many little Bambinos she poped out. I`ve seen these around but not real often. Most of the stuff I collect is German, but the Italians had some pretty interesting medals and such themselves, like that little round bust of Mussolini in one of other mounts.

Yes, tinnies are a cheap way to get into the hobby......too bad I'm in the military history of the era and not the political side of things.

No Tomas, I don`t have them in any order. I put them in as I get them. As you can see I have a mix of just about everything. I did have some very nice SS tinnies years ago but traded them off for other things.
