Mark - I convert and paint the mannequin myself. Here is a quick breakdown of a basic alteration. This head had molded on hair. It required the skull top to be completely cut off, filled with foam, filled, sanded to a natural shape then undercoated with car body primer. It was then painted in a manner described in another thread I started on mannequin painting -
