      Thanks Jeremy, Greg & Marcel.
Greg, I printed it myself on signage media then applied it to corflute. The definition is still excellent even at that size...
      Cheers!

            Hi Matt,
I'm getting around to replying to your email properly - so I haven't forgotten!
Don't forget it's taken me over 30 years to gather what little I have, and even then that's not much compared to a great many. I have to work for a living....
            Cheers!

              Mark,

I know man it takes time, money and effort to get these killer items. I alway enjoy how tastefully displayed all of your items are, wish I had the room. Course the life I live makes it hard as I don't want to buy a place and get used to it to get up and move every 2-3 years. Plus with 2 kids I get all excited with a 4 bedroom house and then realize I still have to share the office and give equal space to the wife I need a bigger office! Matt

                  Hi Team,
Had a package land on the doorstep this week. Amongst the contents were these...

                    Incredible collection Mark!

I did not read all 59 pages of this thread, so my coming questions may have already been answered, but do you run a private museum or just a basement full of kick ass relics, and are you on the north or south island?

                      Cheers!
No - A totally private collection (30 plus years and still going strong).
                      South Island (The Mainland!)
                      Thanks -

Whereabouts on the south island? I have family in Ashburton!

                          Hey Mark,

Lovely 2nd pattern boots with a really nice worn appearance & colour ! Great that you found them locally.

I have just seen a pair of 3rd patterns at Mott last week that were in lovely condition when they were bought back to NZ...now 50 % covered /caked in Leadbased paint .

Interesting how the Dak soldier has cut them down a bit which would of been a personal choice of convenience I would think . He must of got sick of threading them through the last hole and just preferred to use the spead eyelet/thingys

Exactly my thoughts, Greg. They retain the protection while being just a bit quicker to lace up.
                            Love the personalized stuff.
I'll post more goodies in the near future....
                            Regards,

                                Thanks Team!
I was also fortunate to add this tunic to 'The Sandpit'.
All factory sewn - not post-war modified in any way. Missing the eagle (obviously) which I usually don't go for but this one was worth it. The litzen are originally applied and there is a clear shadow of a chevron having been applied to the left upper sleeve.
So - the last of the breast pockets in the factory - or the first non-bloused lower pockets? Unique whichever way it's looked at.
                                Regards,
