NO idea, the Rupprecht would be my best guess, although the ribbon is a bit different. (pic below)

You're right!

It looks nothing like that ribbon. It's close, but the very thin stripes throw it off.

Hi David,

other Idea, both bars are red-cross related. Yours and mine have the Bavarian Red Cross ribbon (blue with white stripes) and the Weimar Red Cross dec or Volkspflege award (red with white stripes) So it might also be a Bavarian semi-official Red cross decoration. What do You think?

I am new to Imperial Ribbon Bars. You are an expert in these matters. I will defer judgement to you!

The very thin stripes could be misleading. I've got a Bavarian Bravery Medal/Max Joseph Order (I wish!) ribbon on a ribbon bar from Stogie-Rick and the pale blue stripes have faded to tiny dark and light "stripes" visible to the naked eye, but which scan as if they were the correct robin's egg blue. So the "stripes" may be an accident of the dye/weaving fading rather than intentional design.

There is no source that I know about for the vast array of semi-official Weimar period awards-- which leaves us hoping for a mounted full-size Wuzzit on a medal bar to ever hope to ID some of these sorts of ribbons.
