Here's a new one that just arrived today. So, can someone tell me why these things have long eye lashes???

Any suggestions on what else I can put on these to finish them off? I need a 7 or 8 place ribbon bar for the Major.

Thanks guys. The uniforms are very nice examples. As far as the makeup, around here a guy wearing makeup typically means he has no b@lls (or wishes he didn't). I'd probably just mess them up if I tried, so I'll probably just leave them as is. I have zero artistic ability.
