          Last one from the Cassino battle fields

          Last one for today. Nice overview on the beautiful picture off the destroyed Monte Cassino abbey........some mines and pionier items in the left corner ...a Feldfu. b radio set with attached A -frame in front of guy from the 1e FJ Korps.... after next saturday i will post some updates....from our last efforts.....

            wow the pics just keep getting better, amazing! The large blown up photos is something I've always wanted to do with a display, makes a wonderful setting.

                            Impressions from Holland

                            Just for the fun some impressions of Moerdijk...before everyone who knows something about FJ start to mail ...first this:

                            1) We know the two here shown types of green smocks were not used in Holland in may 1940...these are one stage further...but both are the early ones but have been changed in a later type later up in the war......we have four green ones ...but only one really early one as used in Holland......he's the sitting one .....a hard item to get ..........
                            2) We know camouflaged chutes were not used at that moment .....we are know busy trying to get a white one.........
                            3) Some details of equipment have to be changed with earlier types of equipment....

                            Just to give a impression. For the not so called "experts" who visit the museum we already put this together......
