Mercedes Benz 770 Staff Car?

This recently came as part of a large photo lot to a Flugzeugfuhrer, who at the time this image was taken was serving with Kamfgeschwader 51.

Am I right in thinking this is a Mercedes Benz 770 Staff Car?

It looks as though he is having a 'selfie' type photo in front of the car, which seems to be part of a large group of similar cars; has an Allgemeine SS uniformed driver behind the wheel and also Polizei personnel in the background also.

Any ideas as to who the vehicle might of been for? or any pointers as to location or such? (there is nothing written on the reverse of the photo).

Any pointers whatsoever will be gratefully received.

The car behind on left, you see only the rear is also a Mercedes-Benz 540K Cabriolet B.
The other car behind is a Mercedes Benz 290 Offener Tourenwagen.

Hans, thank you very much indeed for that, it is much appreciated.

Any ideas as to who the Mercedes-Benz 540K Cabriolet B may of belonged to? With the Polizei security presence, and an SS driver behind the wheel, I would imagine somone of importance?
