I believe that's an army license plate....Is that Goring to the left standing with his back turned?....Bodes

Hi,
The car is a mid 1930's NSU-FIAT 1100, the officer on the left is a Major talking to a Leutnant, the pennant on the car is for a Battalion commader, and the tactical sign on the mudguard indicates the 1st battalion of an Infantry Regiment. The Major is for sure the Battalion commander.

The small rectangular badge on the radiator would say NSU/FIAT.
