Ground Dug German Boot

Hello gents, looking for some input and some info on this piece. Buddy of mine gave it to me in a deal and as the story goes the good was dug up near Bastogne, can’t confirm this but maybe someone can by the unit marking. The unit marking reads “ 7/J.R. 94 III “ so maybe we can find out where the unit was? Any help and opinion is greatly appreciated!
