I am interested in this mg red cross case, can I have your opinion?
did this model exist?
all that I saw having the white circle with the red cross.

It is not a standard model of first aid box. These were usually field made out of standard Patronen Kasten, so crosses could go in a wide range of variations.

I never have seen original pre45 medical kit (so not only MG boxes) with red cross stickers. IMHO stickers are always a bad sign ( post war use or applied by fakers).
