N° 103, very rare canteen (IMO) for 3 reason

I'm here to shere with you my last purchase (talking about canteens).
This is my Nà 103 and, IMO, very rare ones.
We can see:
1-strange/rare late war cloth cover with 4 (four) buttons instead of the usual three!
2-very rare RFNr mm (faint numbers unfortunately), usually we see 3 buttons on these covers!
3-1940/41 type straps on late war canteen
I love canteen, alway keep me nice surpise even If I have over 100 pieces in my collection

However, RF nr indicates late 42 / begin 43 which is consistent with the straps, but not the cover......
Cover is indeed very nice 4 button in stead of the usual 3,

Maybe a put together one, but nevertheless very nice

What is this RFnr? What made it different from RBnring system? I have not before seen it on any field gear. Thanks
