When did the RBnr's where used instead of the makers marks?

Some say "October 1942" and others say "June 6th 1943". The second one could be out of the "Anordnung zur Durchführung der Reichsbetriebsnummerung". But there are also examples of RBnr Prior to June 1943 in documents.

So who is right?
And who has a good source that can clarify this?

Sleepwalker has stated in another post about RBnr:

The Betriebsnummerierung (Reichsbetriebskartei) was introduced in 1937 for the machine-reporting system.

Considerations to use a RBN or a RFN to code the factorys started in Late 1942.

A regulation for the use of RBN was published at 25.06.1943
(Anordnung zur Durchführung der Reichsbetriebsnummerung vom 25.6.1943).

I know no RBN or RFNout of 1942. But there still exist maker marks with full names out early 1943.

Is there any documents, sources or 'proof' known related to this fact?
