I had gifts from this gourd and bread bag

for me the bread bag is ok
but the gourd looks strange to me, the cup is not marked and the gourd not marked too
the cap is well marked W.A.L 40 but the hook also seems strange to me

The breadbag is Wehrmacht, and the messkit. The cup of canteen could be, the canteen (your "gourd") is civilian.
