Unknown Equipement Pouch #1

I have a few equipment pouches that are unknown, to me. I will call this pouch 1.
Please help identify what this pouch held. It has a radiused bottom and a keeper strap under the top. Approximately 4.5 inch wide, 5.5 inch tall and 1.75 inch deep.
