Shovel is not ww2 type, and carrier: buckle is on the wrong side....... DDR??

I saw it on ebay, but i don’t think it’s a good one (german ww2 that is)

It looks a little bit suspicious. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't like it - especially its both straps.
