Wire cutters on eBay?

Can someone do me a favor and search “German Short Shears” on eBay and tell me what these are? They look JUST LIKE WWII german short handle wire cutters but are priced a lot lower than expected. Are these post war? Polish maybe?

Update: I just bought a pair, they look WWII if they are I just got a hell of a deal, if not, I paid a fair price for a pair of wire cutters that look WWII that I can use for re-enacting. Anyone else know for certain? Maybe East German?
