Any leads on what the unit is, as you can see an emblem on the 3rd pic.
I know the word on the last pic means "head up"
I think the snaps must be for a Zeltbahn.
Anybody ever seen this before, and value?

I can't see what all the lettering is, but the eagle is that of MITROPA, which is a railroad organization, means Middle Europe, I believe. They supplied dining cars to the railroad...even when I was in Europe in 2000, there were still dining cars marked Mitropa, I think with the same eagle. So your blanket is probably for a sleeper car on a railroad. This might explain the snaps too. Could be postwar or even prewar. Hope this is a start.
