Medical canteen - Total fake or post war ?

I know this one is not from WW2 but do you guys have any information about it ? Is it a total fake ? A post war made (I did a search on the internet but have found no info) ? or did the seller put a good canteen inside a para military system ?

I'd think only the bottle is WWII. See if there is any stamp inside the felt cover, by the buttons...but I doubt so.
