    German jackboot original?

Hello everyone, this is my first post here. I've purchased these jackboots, and I was wondering if they're original ww2, or NVA boots. They are marked in multiple places, but the markings are very hard to read. The one on the bottom near the heel reads: Weissen, 56. Furthermore, they are marked with a size (28.5) on the bottom, and the number 70?. There are also some numbers inside the boots, on the sole.

    Welcome to WAF.
The boots you have presented are postwar NVA boots.

Thanks, that's what I already suspected. But how can you tell for sure?
