looks te be a SF14, just one side and not complete.
Maybe for someone who needs parts, I wouldn't pay more than 30-50 euros for it, depending on what is left inside.

Most possibly produced between late 1939 and early 1943. Good for parts if the focusing part still moves. I agree with Sven.
