Sanitäter Pins Packet

Hi, I received this packet with 5 safety pins.

It's marked as Military District Sanitäter Depot, Kassel, and dated. The glue holding the closed side seems to be a little reactive to UV light.

I couldn't find any info about this item. Any opinions? Original?

There are some things with this packet that make me doubt.

The closed side seems to be hand folded, as it was not folded with a perfect angle, opposed to the award packages. The open side has an irregular shape that i didn't see before.

The date marking makes me think also. Why a so detailed date (including the date) on an imperishable item?

The glue used seems to react a bit with the UV light.
