uncommon felt googles - German wartime look alike

Hi guys .
Have you ever seen this version , please ?
They look like German wartime goggles , but there is felt material instead of thin leather .
I was told these are genuine wartime German and were issued in winter/frost ... but it can be just Urban myth .
I suspect these might be postwar Bundeswehr etc.
