Sanitäter Feldflasche question

Hi,

I recently acquired this Sanitäter FeldFlasche. It all seems OK to me, right? My question is about the shoulderstrap. The strap is very faintly marked with 'Sanitäterslager Babelsberg 62'. What does the '62' mean? Is this a year or is this something else? Thanks.
