    Labeflasche M 31 question

Hello, tell me please, the sanitary flask for the Wehrmacht necessarily had a black belt color and a hook for fastening on the belt?

Can a jar on the photo belong to the sani of the Wehrmacht? or are these jars used only in the German Red Cross?

Brown straps were used on the flasks of Wehrmacht sani? Or were the straps black only?

    Thank you for your answers!

This is an early type of sani canteen, were used by all branch of wehrmacht. You can find it with black or brown straps, with standard marking but also with DRK marking, Luftschutz etc. Then you can find two type of hardwere, hook and carabiner. Hook were sani, carabiner were GBJ troops canteen.

Thanks for your reply! But on the photo chronicle all the sanitars have a flask with a belt hook. I have not seen a photo, without a hook.

I realized that they were without a hook. But in the DRK, too, used without a hook, these flasks were exactly in the Wehrmacht?
