German large Canteen Labeflasche unmarked

Hello there, this canteen was found without any maker markings. It doesn't look like a pre-war model. Any idea of this maker. I'm thinking for an HRE model (1940?). Thanks for helping.

Hello, this complete one can be seen on the FJM44 web site. It's an HRE40 with only the cup marked HRE/40. It seems that this large canteen was issued for the medical personal in two versions; One with and the other without a hook...
