Has anyone out there got a minty/vgc aluminium egg container they will sell?

I don't think I have what you are asking for...but what do you mean by "egg container"? A egg grenade transport rack?

Sorry for the confusion, but thanks Bern, I did mean the aluminium container for safeguarding an egg (not an Eiergranate me6_130!).

The ideal version has a thread each end so it doubles as an egg cup.

I agree that the one suggested is way over the top but if you know of any going at your price put me down for 5!

Hi,

nice thread. I have two sports cataloques from 1933 and from the winter season 1938/39. Both are famous brands here in munich until today (Sporthaus Schuster and Sporthaus Berger).
I have several of these in my collection and I use them on mountain tours. I think they were also produced in the 50s until 70s.
